This class is designed to introduce you to techniques targeting self-massage and trigger point therapy by using specially designed rubber balls and focused movement routines that help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas allowing for a myofascial release.
These releases treat skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating stretch-reflex in muscles.
If you have limited flexibility or function following an injury and/or if you are experiencing ongoing back, shoulder, hip, or virtually pain in any area containing soft tissue, this class is for you.
